ABSTRACT 
The broad goal of this research IS To Evaluate The Management Of Stress In The Workplace By Mtn, Glo, Etisalat And Airtel For Improved Performance And Productivity. It is to find out the extent to which these telecommunication services provider have been able to adopt strategies to prevent work related stress. And also to ascertain the extent to which workers are satisfied with their job and productivity in the workplace. Nevertheless, this research is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is concerned with the introduction, background of the study, research question research hypothesis, significance of the study, scope of the study, limitation of the study and definition of terms. Moreso, the chapter two of this research will be concerned with the review of related literature, the whilst organizations or increasingly aware of the stress related problem in the work place, the causes of stress in the workplace, the prevalence of stress in organization. The effectiveness of organizational stress and The summary of literature review. Furthermore, the chapter threeT will be based on the research design and methodology of this research. It will include the areas of the study, source of data, population of the study, sample size determination and sampling techniques, instrument of data collection, validity of data instrument, reliability of data instrument, method of data presentation and analysis. More still, the data collection on the previous chapter will be analyzed and presented in a tabular form for interpretation of he result and hypothesis will be tested which will be the fourth chapter of this research. Finally, the last chapter of this research will include the summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations made by the researcher for the purpose of further research on this topic along with bibliography and appendix, news paper and journal.
